5. The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system must not exceed the specified value in the manual. After system maintenance, experienced personnel must set it on the hydraulic test bench according to requirements before installation.
6. Only when the supporting legs are confirmed to support the vehicle can heavy lifting operations be carried out, otherwise unpredictable dangers will occur!
7. It is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures. If any abnormalities are found in the movement of the mechanism during operation, the work should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified in a timely manner, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing to work.
8. Before homework, observe whether the homework site meets the requirements.
9. After parking, tighten the parking brake and use the hand throttle to control the oil pump speed.
10. According to the signage, first support the support leg oil cylinder on the ground and confirm before operating the swing arm for lifting, dumping, and other operations.
11. After completing the homework, if transporting the material hopper, the following procedures must be confirmed:
a. The hopper chain is in a relaxed state
b. The hopper and swing arm frame are inserted with positioning locking pins
c. The leg cylinder has returned to its original position and the positioning locking pin has been inserted
d. The brake pad under the wheel has been removed
